Khaitan & Co advised Bambrew Plant Fiber Technology on USD 10 million fund raise
Khaitan & Co advised Bambrew Plant Fiber Technology Private Limited on its fund raise of approximately over USD 10 million, in a round led by Ashok Goel Trust and Enrission India Capital.
The Firm’s role included:
- Assisting with preparation, negotiation and finalisation of transaction documents;
- Facilitating secondary transfers of exiting shareholders of the Company;
- Providing closing assistance; and
- Offering other ancillary advice to the Company in relation to the transaction.
The Khaitan & Co deal team was led by Kartikeya Prakash (Partner) and Aman Dwivedi (Partner), with support from Arushi Gupta (Senior Associate) and Vidhi Damani (Associate).
Tax and structuring aspects were handled by Raghav Kumar Bajaj (Counsel) and Vishal Samnani (Senior Associate).
