Khaitan & Co Advised BirlaNu Limited on Its 100% Acquisition of Clean Coats Private Limited
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised BirlaNu Limited, a listed company of the CKA Birla Group, on its 100% acquisition of the equity share capital of Clean Coats Private Limited for a cash consideration of up to INR 120,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Crore).
The Firm acted as legal counsel to BirlaNu Limited for the entire transaction, conducted a full legal due diligence on Clean Coats Private Limited, and advised on the transaction documents, including the share purchase agreement, completion requirements, and regulatory and listed company aspects.
