Khaitan & Co advised CLR Facility Services Private Limited (“CLR”) and its promoters on raising capital from British International Investment plc, the UK’s development finance institution. The total deal is valued at approximately USD 15 million.

The investment will support CLR’s expansion and strengthen its position in India’s facility management sector, which continues to witness rapid growth across industries.
