Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank in connection with a term loan facility aggregating up to INR 250 crores extended to Greenko RJ01 IREP Private Limited for funding project-related costs.

As lender’s counsel, Khaitan & Co advised on all aspects of the transaction including drafting, negotiating, and finalising the financing documents, assisting in the completion of conditions precedent and subsequent, and overseeing the execution and closing of the deal.
