Khaitan & Co successfully advised Doms Industries Limited in executing coordinated anti-counterfeiting enforcement actions across key jurisdictions, targeting the unauthorized sale and distribution of infringing products bearing the 'DOMS' mark. The strategic efforts resulted in successful raid actions in Cairo, Alexandria, and Mansoura in Egypt, Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and Tehran in Iran.

Working closely with local authorities and enforcement agencies, over 100,000 counterfeit goods were identified, seized, and removed from the market. These enforcement measures safeguarded the client’s intellectual property rights and reinforced the brand’s market integrity by dismantling illicit trade networks in these regions.
