Khaitan & Co advised Endurance Technologies on acquisition of remaining stake in Maxwell Energy Systems

Khaitan & Co advised Endurance Technologies Limited (ETL) on the acquisition of the remaining 38.5% of the share capital in Maxwell Energy Systems Private Limited from the other existing shareholders for an aggregate consideration of INR 75 million.

The transaction strengthens ETL’s strategic control and ownership in Maxwell Energy Systems, enhancing its position in the energy systems space.

The Khaitan & Co team was led by Prasenjit Chakravarti (Partner) and Nitish Goel (Partner), with support from Sanjana Bhatnagar (Counsel), Surabhi Vats (Senior Associate), and Jigyasa Kinger (Associate).
