Khaitan & Co advised General Catalyst on investment in Constelli Signals Private Limited
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised General Catalyst in connection with its ~USD 14 million investment as the lead investor in a USD 20 million financing round in Constelli Signals Private Limited (“Constelli”).
Constelli is engaged in the design, development, and sale of electronic systems and solutions, including digital telemetry receivers, compact telemetry stations, digital telemetry transmitters, drone-based telemetry receiver payloads, RADAR-based echo simulators, the Constelli RADAR toolkit, LabVIEW, and electronic warfare signal generation suites.
The Khaitan & Co core transaction team comprised Bharat Anand (Senior Partner), Nidhi Killawala (Partner), Anupama Singh (Principal Associate), Shatakshi Gupta (Senior Associate), and Mohammad Kaif (Associate), with assistance from Anannya Wal (Associate) on diligence and closing aspects of the transaction.
