Khaitan & Co advised Grupo Antolin on the sale of its Indian entities to Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited
The legal law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Grupo Antolin on the Indian law aspects of the sale of three Indian companies—Grupo Antolin India Private Limited, Antolin Lighting India Private Limited, and Grupo Antolin Chakan Private Limited—to Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited for approximately EUR 159 million.
The Firm provided end-to-end transaction support, including transaction structuring, documentation, negotiations, closing-related assistance, and regulatory advice.
The Khaitan & Co core transaction team was led by Atul Pandey (Partner) and Arjun Bhagi (Partner), with support from Shivansh Mehta (Senior Associate) and Mehul Mehta (Associate).
