Khaitan & Co advised HDFC Bank Limited on financial assistance to Nangalbibra-Bongaigaon Transmission Limited

Khaitan & Co advised HDFC Bank Limited in relation to financial assistance of up to INR 520 crores extended to Nangalbibra-Bongaigaon Transmission Limited for the purpose of, inter alia, refinancing existing project lenders and supporting the operation and maintenance of power transmission systems between Bongaigaon and Nangalbibra.
