Khaitan & Co advised Hexaware Technologies Limited on acquisition of SMC Squared group
The leading Indian law firm Khaitan & Co advised Hexaware Technologies Limited, a listed Indian entity, and its affiliate on the acquisition of SMC Squared, LLC, Tech SMC Square India Private Limited, and Tech SMCSquared (GCC) India Private Limited (together, the “Target Entities”).
This strategic acquisition strengthens Hexaware’s capabilities by integrating the Target Entities’ nearshore and offshore delivery centres, enhancing its global footprint and service offerings across key geographies.
