Khaitan & Co, the leading law firm in India, advised HomeRun Retail Private Limited in relation to its Series A fundraise by way of a primary issuance round led by Sorin Investment Fund, with participation from Titan Capital Winners Fund I, Sparrow Capital, Consumer Collective by Atrium, and Helios Holdings.

The firm assisted the company with the preparation, negotiation and finalisation of transaction documents, along with providing ancillary advisory support in relation to the fundraise.
