Khaitan & Co provided Legal Counsel to Indo-National Limited and Helios Strategic Systems Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Indo National Limited), regarding the sale of their majority equity stake in Kineco Limited. The transaction involved selling this stake to Gajanana Assets and Projects SPV LLP for a total consideration of INR 220 crores.
The Firm advised client on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring, negotiation and finalisation of transaction documents, and assistance on closing.
