Khaitan & Co Advised Investor Selling Shareholders On Pine Labs’ DRHP Filing For Proposed IPO

Khaitan & Co advised 25 investor selling shareholders in connection with the filing of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) by Pine Labs Limited for its proposed initial public offering (IPO). The IPO comprises a fresh issue aggregating to INR 26,000 million and an offer for sale of equity shares by certain shareholders.

The IPO represents a key milestone for Pine Labs, a prominent fintech company offering payment and merchant commerce solutions across Asia.
