Khaitan & Co advised Jefferies India and IIFL Capital on secondary sale of TPG’s stake in Sai Life Sciences

Khaitan & Co advised Jefferies India Private Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited (the “Brokers”) in connection with the secondary sale of equity shares held by TPG Asia VII SF Pte Ltd, an affiliate of the TPG Group, in Sai Life Sciences Limited.

The transaction, executed on the floor of the stock exchange by way of a block sale, was valued at approximately INR 1,505 crore.
