Khaitan & Co advised Kandhari Global Beverages on acquisition of Wave Beverages

Khaitan & Co advised Kandhari Global Beverages Private Limited on its acquisition of Wave Beverages Private Limited for an approximate deal value of INR 1,000 crores. Wave Beverages is the licensed bottler of Coca-Cola for designated territories in Punjab and Haryana.

The Khaitan & Co team assisted Kandhari Global Beverages with the acquisition structure from regulatory and tax perspectives, conducted legal due diligence on Wave Beverages, and advised on the drafting, negotiation, and closing of the transaction documents.
