The leading Indian law firm Khaitan & Co acted as domestic legal counsel to the Book Running Lead Managers—Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Axis Capital Limited, BofA Securities India Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, JM Financial Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, and SBI Capital Markets Limited—in relation to the initial public offering of 480,000,000 units for cash at a price of INR 100 per unit, aggregating to INR 48,000 million by Knowledge Realty Trust.

Upon listing, it became the largest office REIT in India based on Gross Asset Value as of March 31, 2025, the second largest office REIT in Asia, and one of the largest globally in terms of leasable area.
