Khaitan & Co advised Lighthouse Advisors India Private Limited on the primary and secondary investment by Lighthouse India Fund IV AIF in Hunger Inc Hospitality Private Limited, which owns and operates restaurants and cafes including The Bombay Canteen, O Pedro, Papa's, Veronica's, and Bombay Sweet Shop. The total fund raised was INR 220 crores.
