Khaitan & Co advised Mahaveer Finance India Limited in connection with its INR Series C funding round led by Elevation Capital VIII Limited, which acquired a minority stake in the company. The round also saw participation from First Bridge India Growth Fund and Banyantree India Growth Capital Fund.

The transaction will support Mahaveer Finance’s growth strategy and further its mission to provide accessible financial solutions in the Indian market.
