The legal law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised National Engineering Industries Limited (NEI), part of the CKA Birla Group, on its proposed investment to acquire a 30% stake in Ahamani EV Technology India Private Limited (“Ahamani India”).
Through this investment, the parties intend to cater to the fast-growing Indian and global drone market by leveraging NEI’s local operating expertise and market position, Ahamani India’s technical capabilities, and Ahamani Taiwan’s innovative technology.
The Firm advised NEI on legal due diligence and on executing the definitive transaction documents.
