Khaitan & Co advised Nectar Lifesciences Limited on sale of business to Ceph Lifesciences Private Limited
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Nectar Lifesciences Limited (“Nectar”) in connection with the sale of its business engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and sale of active pharmaceutical ingredients and formulations to Ceph Lifesciences Private Limited (“Purchaser”) as a slump sale on a going concern basis.
The transaction also included the sale, transfer, and delivery of the assets of Nectar relating to its menthol business (“Assets”) to the Purchaser.
The firm advised Nectar on all legal aspects of the transaction, including structuring and documentation.
