Khaitan & Co advised Nido Home Finance Limited on public issue of non-convertible debentures
The Leading Law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Nido Home Finance Limited (“Issuer”) on the filing of the Draft Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") and BSE Limited ("BSE"), and the filing of the Prospectus with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai, SEBI and BSE, for the public issue of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures. The issue includes a base size of INR 1,000 million with a green shoe option of up to INR 1,000 million, aggregating up to INR 2,000 million.
