Khaitan & Co advised Meesho Limited on its Initial Public Offering
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co, advised the Book Running Lead Managers, namely Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, J.P. Morgan India Private Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, Axis Capital Limited, and Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, on the initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares of Meesho Limited aggregating to INR 54,212.04 million.
The IPO comprised a fresh issue and an offer for sale by certain shareholders, including Peak XV Partners, Elevation Capital, Y Combinator Continuity, and Venture Highway Series. The IPO witnessed a strong debut on the NSE and BSE, reflecting robust investor interest.
