Khaitan & Co Advised On Tenneco Clean Air India Limited’s INR 30,000 Million IPO Filing
Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to the Book Running Lead Managers – JM Financial Limited, Axis Capital Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, and HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited – in connection with the filing of the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) by Tenneco Clean Air India Limited. The proposed initial public offering (IPO) comprises an offer for sale of equity shares by Tenneco Mauritius Holdings Limited, aggregating up to INR 30,000 million.
Tenneco Clean Air India Limited, part of the global Tenneco group, is a leading manufacturer of emission control products and solutions for the automotive industry. The proposed IPO represents a significant step for the company’s strategic capital and market growth plans in India.
