Khaitan & Co advised PI Health Sciences Limited (PIHSL) in connection with the acquisition of 100 percent shareholding of Therachem Research Medilab (India) Private Limited and Solis Pharmachem Private Limited from its existing shareholders.

The firm also supported the acquisition of identified assets of Therachem Research Medilab LLC for a total consideration of USD 75 million.
