Khaitan & Co advised Power Finance Corporation Limited on financial assistance to Adani Hybrid Energy Projects
Khaitan & Co advised Power Finance Corporation Limited in relation to the financial assistance extended to:
- (i) Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer One Limited for an amount not exceeding INR 1,661 crores,
- (ii) Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Two Limited for an amount not exceeding INR 1,444 crores, and
- (iii) Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer One Limited for an amount not exceeding INR 5,478 crores,
for refinancing existing facilities concerning their respective 390 MW, 300 MW, and 700 MW wind-solar hybrid projects situated in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan (the "Projects").
