Khaitan & Co advised Premji Invest on Series C funding in Giva

Khaitan & Co advised Premji Invest on its participation in the Series C funding round of Indiejewel Fashions Private Limited, which operates under the brand name Giva. The Series C funding round was led by Creaegis and also saw participation from Epiq Capital and Edelweiss Discovery Fund, in addition to Premji Invest.

Giva, a fast-growing Indian jewellery brand, plans to utilise the capital raised to scale its omnichannel presence, strengthen its supply chain infrastructure, and invest in brand building and product development. The investment reflects strong investor confidence in Giva’s business model, growth trajectory, and vision to disrupt India’s silver jewellery market through design, quality, and customer experience.

The Khaitan & Co team was led by Sanjay Khan Nagra (Partner) and B N Vivek (Partner), with key support from Vaibhav Vivek Kulkarni (Senior Associate) and Anjali S Kumar (Associate).
