Khaitan & Co advised Prime Offices Fund on acquisition of 51% stake in TenSteps office asset, Pune
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Prime Offices Fund (PRIME), a commercial real estate-focused fund managed by Nuvama and Cushman & Wakefield Management Private Limited (NCW), in its joint venture with Keppel Ltd on the acquisition of a 51% stake in ‘TenSteps’, a 1.1 million sq. ft., grade A+ commercial office asset located in Pune.
This marks PRIME’s third acquisition and a key milestone in its strategy to build a portfolio of high-quality grade A+ office assets in India’s fastest-growing micro-markets, offering long-term demand visibility, value creation for investors, and ESG-compliant office assets.
The core Khaitan & Co team consisted of Deepak Jodhani (Partner), Gautam Suseel (Partner), Sushim Aryan (Principal Associate), Aanchal Khandelwal (Associate), Ishaan Nagarkatti (Associate), and Pooja P N (Associate).
