Khaitan & Co advised Ramkrishna Forgings Limited in relation to sale of its entire paid-up share capital in its wholly owned subsidiary, Globe All India Services Limited to Yatra Online Limited, for a total consideration of INR 128 crores.
Globe All India Services has evolved into one of India's leading Hospitality Management Companies, with a diversified portfolio spanning Corporate Travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions), Leisure and Car Rental.
The transaction is expected to close within this quarter, subject to the satisfactory completion of all closing conditions.
The core team at Khaitan & Co consisted of Ashwin Bishnoi (Partner), Pashupati Nath (Partner), Abhiroop De (Principal Associate) and Swetank Neelabh (Associate).
