Khaitan & Co assisted Reliance Consumer Products Limited (formerly known as Tira Beauty Limited) with end-to-end transaction advisory services, including preparing and negotiating the definitive transaction agreements, liaising with offshore counsel, assisting with execution and closing, and advising on various legal aspects throughout the transaction.
