Khaitan & Co advised Reliance Strategic Business Ventures Limited in the proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, for the approval of the resolution plan and its subsequent implementation in the corporate insolvency resolution process of Karkinos Healthcare Private Limited.

Karkinos Healthcare is a technology-led oncology platform focused on providing comprehensive cancer care solutions, spanning early detection to delivery of care. The resolution marks a strategic step towards revitalising a critical healthcare platform while aligning with Reliance’s broader digital health vision.
