Khaitan & Co advised R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company on its joint venture with Pragati Pack (India) Private Limited for setting up a manufacturing unit in Hyderabad, Telangana, for printing and packaging products. R.R. Donnelley is an American integrated communications company providing marketing and business communications, commercial printing, and related services.

The Khaitan & Co team advising on the matter was led by Rajat Mukherjee (Partner) and Sarthak Sarin (Partner), with support from Akshay Pathak (Principal Associate) and Aritro Gon (Senior Associate), and assistance from Sneh Shah (Partner) on direct tax aspects and Sudipta Bhattacharjee (Partner) on indirect tax aspects.
