The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co, advised a hotel owner, Siddhivinayak Group, in connection with the operation and management of a proposed hotel with approximately 120 keys under the brand ‘Spark by Hilton’.
‘Spark by Hilton’ is a premium economy hotel brand of Hilton Hotels and is currently licensed for management in India to Olive by Embassy. This deal marks Olive by Embassy’s entry into the Pune hospitality market.
