Khaitan & Co Advised SLK Software On Its Acquisition By TPG-Backed Altimetrik
Khaitan & Co advised SLK Software Private Limited (SLK) and its promoters in connection with its acquisition by Altimetrik, a digital business enablement company backed by TPG. The transaction closure is subject to customary conditions.
The firm’s scope included advising on the deal structuring, conducting vendor legal due diligence, and drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the definitive documents.
The core team comprised Rajiv Khaitan (Partner), Aravind Venugopal (Partner), Hardik Bhatia (Partner), Vivek Narayan (Senior Associate), and Divya Rau (Senior Associate).
The legal due diligence team included Anantha Desikan (Principal Associate), Pranav Pramod (Senior Associate), Amrutha Alapati (Associate), Aditya Pattnayak (Associate), and Rashi Rawat (Associate).
On competition law aspects, the team was led by Anisha Chand (Partner) and Nilav Banerjee (Senior Associate).
