Khaitan & Co advised Smartworks Coworking Spaces on its Initial Public Offering
Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited on its initial public offering of 14,321,474 equity shares of face value INR 10 each for cash at a price of INR 407 per equity share (including a premium of INR 397 per equity share), aggregating to INR 5,825.55 million.
The Offer comprised a fresh issue of 10,941,734 equity shares of face value INR 10 each, aggregating to INR 4,450 million, and an offer for sale of 3,379,740 equity shares of face value INR 10 each, aggregating to INR 1,375.55 million.
The Offer for Sale consisted of:
- 490,000 equity shares of face value INR 10 each by NS Niketan LLP
- 310,000 equity shares of face value INR 10 each by SNS Infrarealty LLP
- 2,579,740 equity shares of face value INR 10 each by Space Solutions India Pte. Ltd. (formerly Lisbrine Pte Limited)
