Khaitan & Co advised Standard Chartered Bank on financial assistance to Solarcraft Power India 5 Private Limited

Khaitan & Co advised Standard Chartered Bank in relation to the financial assistance of up to INR 425 crores extended to Solarcraft Power India 5 Private Limited (“Borrower”) for the development of a 100 MW AC / 135 MW DC solar power project in Tharad, Gujarat, India.

The core team was led by Dr Siddharth Srivastava (Partner), with support from Raunak Singh Rahangdale (Principal Associate), Aparna Tripathi (Principal Associate), and Shikha Mohini (Associate).

On project-related aspects, the team was led by Akhil Bhatnagar (Partner) and Atman Desai (Partner), with assistance from Devanshi Dalal (Principal Associate), Niyati Bhatt (Principal Associate), Rahul Pai (Associate), and Ritika Neogi (Associate).

On land-related aspects, the team was led by Kshitij Bishnoi (Partner), with support from Siddharth Godha (Principal Associate), Riya Manuja (Senior Associate), and Shivam Sachdeva (Senior Associate).
