The Leading Law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised TCC Concept Limited on its acquisition of a 95.18% stake in Pepperfry Limited (“Pepperfry”), India’s largest omnichannel furniture and home goods marketplace, from existing shareholders.
Pepperfry operates a leading online marketplace for furniture and home décor in India. The acquisition significantly strengthens TCC Concept’s presence in the e-commerce and digital marketplace sector and aligns with its strategy of building technology-enabled consumer platforms.
