Khaitan & Co Advised Temasek Entities On The Redomiciling And Reverse Flip Of Pine Labs

Khaitan & Co acted as legal advisors to Aranda Investments Pte. Ltd. and Macritchie Investments Pte. Ltd. (Temasek entities) in connection with the redomiciling and reverse flip of Pine Labs from Singapore to India. This was executed through the merger of Pine Labs Singapore into Pine Labs India, a strategic move undertaken ahead of Pine Labs’ proposed initial public offering (IPO) in India.

The IPO filing was achieved following the successful redomiciling and reverse flip, aligning the company’s corporate structure with its future listing and operational goals.
