The round was led by UTEC, with participation from Indian venture capital firms Endiya Partners and Exfinity Venture Partners.
The firm’s role included assistance with preparation, negotiation, and finalisation of transaction documents, closing assistance, and other ancillary advice to the Company in relation to the transaction.
