Khaitan & Co advised TVS Supply Chain Services Limited on acquisition of Swamy & Sons 3PL Private Limited
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised FIT 3PL Warehousing Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of TVS Supply Chain Services Limited, on the execution of definitive agreements for the proposed acquisition of a 100% stake in Swamy & Sons 3PL Private Limited.
The transaction contemplates the consolidation of the Swamy & Sons Group’s logistics and warehousing businesses into Swamy & Sons 3PL Private Limited, followed by a two-tranche acquisition through a combination of primary and secondary acquisition of securities.
The Khaitan & Co transaction team was led by Vivek Sriram (Partner) and Varun Narayan (Partner), with support from Karthik Sridhar (Senior Associate), Aanchal Kapoor (Associate) and Akhila Deekshitha Baddepudi (Associate).
