Khaitan & Co advised Vikram Solar Limited on its initial public offering
The leading Indian law firm Khaitan & Co acted as Indian legal counsel to the issuer, Vikram Solar Limited, and the promoter selling shareholders, namely Gyanesh Chaudhary and Vikram Capital Management Private Limited, in relation to the initial public offering of equity shares by Vikram Solar Limited. The offer comprised a fresh issue of INR 15,000 million and an offer for sale of 17,450,882 equity shares by the selling shareholders, including 6,000,000 equity shares by Gyanesh Chaudhary, 1,500,000 by Vikram Capital Management Private Limited, and 9,950,882 by Anil Chaudhary.
The IPO was subscribed 54.63 times.
