Khaitan & Co advised Wilmar Group on proposed acquisition of stake in AWL Agri Business Limited

Khaitan & Co advised the Wilmar Group on its proposed acquisition of up to 20% in AWL Agri Business Limited (formerly known as Adani Wilmar Limited) held by the Adani Group, for a total consideration of USD 838 million (approximately INR 7,150 crores).
