Khaitan & Co advised Wolters Kluwer Group on divestment of FRR business to Regnology
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co assisted the Wolters Kluwer Group, a global leader in professional information, software, and services across healthcare, tax and accounting, financial and corporate compliance, legal and regulatory, corporate performance and ESG sectors, on the divestment of their India Financial Risk and Regulatory Reporting (FRR) Business to Regnology Group GmbH.
The award-winning FRR solutions (OneSumX for Finance and OneSumX for Risk) developed by Wolters Kluwer, now transferred to Regnology, provide advanced accounting and reporting, real-time financial data processing, and robust risk analytics and modelling aligned with global frameworks—enabling organizations to manage financial and risk data holistically and convert data into actionable insights for control and oversight.
The Khaitan & Co team advising Wolters Kluwer comprised Rabindra Jhunjhunwala (Partner), Kevin Shah (Counsel), Sayani Bhattacharyya (Senior Associate), Bishesh Joshi (Associate), and Apurva Singhi (Associate).
