Khaitan & Co advised Cello World Limited and Wim Plast Limited on the demerger of Manufacturing Business of Wim Plast Limited into the wholly owned subsidiary of Cello World Limited i.e. Cello Consumer Products Private Limited; and the amalgamation of Wim Plast Limited with Cello World Limited, pursuant to a Composite Scheme of Arrangement.
