Khaitan & Co Guides IIFL Finance On Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes Under U.S. Securities Act
The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited acted as the manager
Khaitan & Co guides IIFL Finance Limited on tap issuance of USD 100 million 8.75 percent senior secured fixed rate notes due in 2028 under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, 1933.
The notes were issued under the company’s existing USD 1 billion secured global medium-term note program.
It was established in India International Exchange (INX) at the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), GIFT City.
These will be immediately fungible with the company’s USD 325 million notes, secured by a charge over certain identified receivables.
The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited acted as the manager.
The Khaitan & Co core team consisted of Manisha Shroff (Partner), Rajshekhar Upadhyaya (Senior Associate), Aparna Arya (Associate), Charul Lunia (Associate) and Nikunj Mehta (Associate).
