The transaction was for 100 percent acquisition
Sage Software has acquired Corecon Technologies Inc, a leading software developer for the construction industry, and its Indian subsidiary Corecon Technologies India Pvt Ltd.
Sage Software, Inc. has made a 100 percent acquisition of Corecon Technologies and Corecon Technologies India Pvt Ltd.
Khaitan & Co advised the Sage Group, Morris, Manning & Martin acted for Sage Software Inc, and IndusLaw and Auctus Law represented Corecon Technologies and Corecon Technologies India Pvt Ltd.
