KLA Advised Aqaseem on SAR 500 Million Sukuk Issuance Programme
KLA successfully guided Aqaseem through the completion of a SAR 500 million Sukuk Issuance Programme, which was approved by the Saudi Capital Market Authority. Aqaseem, a Saudi Arabian company, specializes in the production of lubricants, oil, solvents, and liquid asphalt insulators used in power units.
The KLA team was led by Co-Managing Partner and Head of Corporate & Securities, Fadi Daher, with additional support from Partner Darwish ElSayed, Senior Associate Sarah Lahoud, Associates Hussain Bu Najimah and Nihal Safi, and Trainee Associate Turki Alateeq.
Fawaz Al-Dubaikhi, Managing Partner at KLA, expressed pride in the achievement, stating, “We are pleased to have advised Aqaseem Factory Company on this groundbreaking Sukuk Issuance Programme, the first of its kind in 2025.”
