Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys (LKS) advised and acted for the Brenntag Group in connection with the sale of 100% shareholding of Raj Petro Specialities Private Limited (“Raj Petro”) to the Shell Group.

The firm provided a full suite of legal services, including end-to-end transaction advisory, drafting, negotiation, execution of transaction documents, and deal closing.
