Anu Tiwari is re-joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a Partner in its Financial Regulatory Practice. He will be based in Mumbai. Anu has represented many Indian and multinational fintech, banking, broker-dealer, exchange, asset management, specialityfinance and information/emerging technology companies on transactional, enforcement and regulatory matters. His transactional practice focus is on public & private M&A, capital raising,commercial agreements and activism matters. He is recognised globally by Chambers & Partners and IFLR1000 as a leading financial services practitioner.
Welcoming Anu on board, Mr. Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas said, "I am delighted to welcome Anu. Anu had joined erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., Mumbai office in June 2007 after completing graduation from NUJS, Kolkata and was with the firm till May 2016.
Taking over his role, Anu Tiwari, Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas said, "I am thrilled to re-join and looking forward to strengthen the Firm's corporate, regulatory and fintech practice."
