Fincare Small Finance Bank Limited (Fincare) has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI to raise Rs. 1330 crore via Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO comprises of a fresh issue by the bank of Rs. 330 crore and an offer for sale of Rs. 1000 crore by Promoter Fincare Business Services Limited.
Amethyst Inclusion Pte. Ltd., a fund managed by LeapFrog Investments (Leapfrog Investments) will acquire equity stake of approximately 3.92 % in Fincare as per the DRHP.
Fincare Small Finance Bank is Bengaluru-based microfinance company.
Srinath Dasari and Nanditha Gopal (Partners) and Gautam Rego (Senior Associate) were involved in the deal.
