Link Legal advised RIB Group in an inter-se transfer of shares of Winjit Technologies
In March 2021, MTWO Limited (MTWO) transferred shares of Winjit Technologies Private Limited (Winjit) on an arms-length basis to RIB International Holding PTE Limited (RIB International) for a value of INR 18.23 crore.
RIB International and MTWO are global leaders in digital transformation for building and construction industries. Winjit is a leading internet of things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), blockchain and fintech solutions provider, with a presence in all major locations in the world.
RIB International's stake in Winjit has increased to 51% and is expected to improve its research and development capacity in IoT, AI, blockchain and fintech for the architecture engineering and construction industry.
Link Legal, led by its corporate partner Ketan Mukhija, associate partner Gaurav Priyadarshi and associate Karishma Singh, advised and assisted RIB International from the preliminary stage and until the closing of the transfer.
